• Delivery Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered in 10–15 business days (U.S. only).

• Shipping Fee: Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.

• Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

• Shipping Area: Currently, we only ship within the United States.

📦 Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the mystery nature of blind box toys, we do not accept returns for opened items or duplicates.

We only accept exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective.

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery

• Item must be unused and in original packaging

• Email us at [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the issue

• We’ll review and respond within 2 business days
